Welcome to Women Crime Control (WCC). By becoming a member, participating in our activities, or engaging with the organization, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are essential for maintaining transparency, safety, and discipline within the organization.

1Member Responsibility & Safety

⚠️ Important Safety Notice:

All applicants and members must take full responsibility and exercise caution during any women safety, awareness, or social activity.
Women Crime Control will not be held liable for any mishap, injury, or incident occurring during such activities.

2Membership Identification

✅ Each approved member will be issued a unique lifetime membership ID card

✅ Valid unless revoked or cancelled by the organization

📝 Note: This ID is personal and non-transferable.

3Loss or Theft of ID Card

🚨 If your ID card is lost or stolen:

Immediately inform the organization
Do not take the law into your own hands
Law is equal for everyone - all legal matters will be handled by appropriate authorities

4Application Approval, Rejection & Cancellation

⚖️ Organization Rights: The organization reserves the sole right to accept, reject, or cancel any membership application without prior notice or reason.

5Use of Organization Name, Logo & Trademark

🚫 Prohibited: No member shall use the organization's name, logo, trademark, or trade name for any personal, professional, or media purposes without written authorization from the organization.

6Financial Integrity & Fundraising

💰 Strictly Prohibited:

Collecting donations or funds on behalf of the organization
Using organization's name to seek discounts or privileges

All fundraising activities must be officially authorized by the organization.

7Unlawful Activities & Misuse of ID

⚠️ Immediate Termination: Any member involved in unlawful activities or misuse of the ID card will face immediate termination of membership, and the ID card must be surrendered immediately.

8Monitoring of Member Activities

Women Crime Control reserves the right to monitor members' activities to ensure compliance with the organization's mission and ethical standards.

9Legal Jurisdiction

🇮🇳 Governing Law: All terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable within the Republic of India.

🏛️ Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

10Voluntary Nature of Roles

All positions, titles, and designations within Women Crime Control are voluntary and unpaid, unless otherwise specified by the organization.

11Training Requirements

📚 Mandatory Training: Selected members may be required to attend mandatory training sessions, workshops, or awareness programs organized by the organization.

12Media & Public Representation

📢 Authorization Required: Members are not authorized to represent Women Crime Control in any media interaction, public speaking event, or on social media platforms without prior written permission.

13Code of Ethics & Conduct

Members must uphold the highest standards of ethics, honesty, and respect, and strictly adhere to the organization's code of conduct, rules, and values.

🔄 Amendments to Terms

Women Crime Control reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on the official website. Members are advised to review these terms periodically.
